Responsible AI

Automate the busywork.
Keep the judgment.

Hiring decisions change people’s lives, so we built Tanznt around a simple split: the system carries the administrative weight, and your team keeps every decision about a person. Here is what that means in practice.

01

People make the calls that matter

Advancing someone, extending an offer, turning someone down on the merits — these wait for a person, every time. The system prepares the decision; it does not make it. What runs on its own is the work nobody wanted anyway: scheduling, reminders, chasing feedback, keeping records straight.

02

Your policies, in your own words

No matrix of toggles to reverse-engineer. You write how your team hires in plain sentences — “require hiring-manager sign-off on every offer,” “never source from a current client” — and that is the text the system is held to. Read it back a year later and it still says what you meant.

03

Nothing happens quietly

Every action the system takes is recorded, including the ones it was allowed to handle alone — and where one of your rules governed it, the record names the rule. When someone asks why a candidate moved, or why they didn’t, the answer is in your account rather than reconstructed after the fact.

04

You can tighten it; it can’t loosen itself

Add a rule that requires more review and the system follows it. There is no rule you can write, and nothing the system can conclude, that removes an approval your organization has reserved for a named person.

Built to be reviewed

Procurement, legal, and works-council reviews ask harder questions than a web page should answer. We keep a detailed account of how automated decisions are governed — what the system may do unattended, what it must escalate, and what is recorded — and we will walk your reviewers through it.
